Worldbeaters Music LLP was set up in 2005, and is the result of a 20 year working partnership and friendship between Chris Maines-Beasley and Alex Tustin.
Chris and Alex met in 1995 whilst performing as giant drumming ants on stilts, and they have shared a passion for hitting things in a rhythmical fashion ever since.
The companies roots are in samba style percussion, street theatre, and community music. Based in Whitley Bay, in the North East of England, this partnership now has 12 performers and has toured the world with its Spark! production.
Chris has previously worked on an expanded version of the world-famous STOMP and Alex has recorded five albums and toured with internationally acclaimed singer songwriter Kathryn Williams.
